Fee structure:  Federal regulations preclude us from charging any client any contingency fee (a percentage of benefits) that we are successful in obtaining for you.  Rather, we must bill hourly for the work that we perform.  Although not required, we limit our fees to no more than 1/3 of any benefit that we are successful in obtaining.   Costs for services we obtain for a client are paid by the client (i.e. Physician services, medical records and/or expert fees).
